Wut iz this, I R not good with spreadsheet or calendar. Got my days out of order, I was planning on working up to the 80% triple next Monday. Today was supposed to be high volume squats. Oh well, I'll just repeat the weights next Monday and get back on track.

found a nice weight were I can load the hamstrings and not get too much back into the lift.
