surprisingly easy since I didn't have a day off after my last workout.
 
Bench Press:
285 x 3

Decided to rep out the last set.

Deadlift:
395 x 3

Wide-Grip Pull-Up:
3x10 plus 15lbs 
 



skipped abs didn't feel like doing them tonight.
